Notes
Weather was nice and cool.
Ran out and back on the minuteman trail. Did 2x1:00 strides, which felt very good and smooth. I'm feeling ready for Monday. Weather looks good, but there is 15-20mph winds from the ESE. Trying not to think much of it.
