Workout: 2 miles easy, 6 miles from 6:15 working down to 5:40, 2 miles cooldown
Very humid. Woke up still feeling tired and the legs felt sluggish on the w/u. The first mile didn't feel as comfortable or easy, and I even started to doubt myself that I'd even get down to 5:40. Luckily, I began to feel better as I progressed each mile. On the 5th mile I had intended to run around 5:45ish, but was closer to 5:40. The last mile ended up being slightly under 5:40.
Good run and very happy considering how warm and humid it was.
