Really nice running weather for early June. . Light rain and cool.
At first I wasn't sure if I was going to run. I woke up with the leg knee feeling better and no discomfort, so I decided to give running a try. The spot on my left knee felt tight early in the run, but loosened up. Felt good and smooth.
