75 deg with 72 dew point. Man, it was very warm and humid out.
Workout: 4 miles warmup, 14 miles progression working from 6:30 down to 6:10, 2 miles cooldown.
Started the workout at 8:30 in which it was already hot and very humid. Felt really smooth for majority of the run. 6:20ish pace felt pretty easy. I was planning to at 6:20ish pace until around 6-7 miles, but by mile 5 I had already hit a 6:18 split. I stayed relaxed and smooth at 6:15-6:18ish pace till around 9 miles and then slowly picked up the pace again. The last 5 miles were at 6:10 pace and slightly under. In the last mile, I probably worked a bit harder because of the hill. I still felt okay though.
Good moderate progression run.
