Planned workout 2 miles easy, 12 miles working from 6:40 - 6:15, 2 miles easy.
Ran out and back on the Coyote Creek Trail from the Tully Rd entrance of the trai. Slowly progress from 6:40 to 6:15 pace with no problems. Increased the pace about every 4 miles. I actually felt very comfortable throughout the run.
