Weather: cold and windy; wore a jacket, which was probably not necessary.
Workout: 10 miles with 8x20s pickups
Ran early for a Saturday run because I had baby sitting duties for the day. Felt smooth on my run. Pickups were okay. Got down to about 5k pace or slightly faster.
