Cool 54 degrees.
10 miles with 10x30s pickups. I'm really glad with how the legs felt this morning considering they were tired after Saturday's long run workout. Ran comfortably easy for the first 5.5+ miles and then did the 30s pickups. I used the first couple to pickups to loosen up. Got down to about 4:50ish pace for most of the pickups and a couple 4:30ish pace towards the end.
Looking forward to the legs freshening up this week and next.
