Workout: 3 miles warm-up, 16x1/4 mile with 60s jog (100mish jog, walk, then run into next one) and 3:00 jog (1/4ish mile with some walking) rest after every fourth interval. First three at 75-77ish and the fourth close to 70, 1-2 miles cool down.

Had a pretty good speed session. Ran all the repeats at sub 75 with every fourth at 68-69. I feel like I have some good speed going for me this time of the year than previous years. Hopefully, this will translate to some faster times at the half, 10M and marathon in the fall.
