Notes
Weather: rainy, cold and windy.
My initial plan was to run the workout on the treadmill, because I didn't want to run in the crappy weather. However, I hated running on the treadmill, so I told myself to suck it up and run the workout outside. I'd have to run the marathon regardless of what the weather's like, so it's best I prepare myself.
Workout: 5x5:00 fast, 2:00 easy on rolling hills. Ran the workout around the neighborhood. The first couple reps felt okay and I felt like I was running somewhere around 10k effort. The 3rd rep felt the toughest because the first 3:00 was a gradual hill followed by a steep hill. On the last two, I ran strong while still feeling like I could of ran another 1-2 more repeats.
