Weather: Another cool morning. Low-50s and a bit windy.
Good medium run. Felt pretty good. Ran easy and comfortable. Thought that I'd hang around low 7:00 pace, but I was sub-7:00 after 3 miles. Settled in at 6:45ish pace for the last six miles.
