Very cold morning.
Workout: 8-10 miles easy with 6x20s pickups
I meant to start this run around 5:30, but I took my time getting out the door. I then was going to run 8 miles, because of the late start, but I was feeling pretty good and decided to run 10. Ran an easy 50 minutes before starting the pickups. Felt fast and smooth on the pickups.
