Easy 5M run. My first double in ages.
Ran out to MD40 then onto Blenheim Lane. Cut through the trails onto Bulle Rock Parkway and into the inner trail near the residence club. Very warm. Despite running mid-7:00 pace, I still felt like I was breathing a little harder because of all the hills.
