Workout: 2 miles warmup, 8x45s fast, 2:30 jog, 2 miles cooldown.
I extended the warmup because legs didn't quite feel loosened up. The 45s strides felt good, but I didn't go full force because I want to save the legs for Wed and Sat's workouts. Got down to low 5:00ish for the strides. Felt fast enough and relaxed.
