Notes
Weather: cold and sunny; nice long run weather
Workout: 16 miles working from a slow pace, down to lower 6s by the end.
Wanted to run a route other than the downtown loop, so I ran out to Earlton, Rock Run and then west on 155. Route was rolling for the entire run, which was not planned. Started out pretty easy and slowly progressed over the course of the run to low-6s. Felt really comfortable and like I was cruising along the entire time. Was a bit surprised that 6:30-6:20ish pace felt no different than 6:40ish. Really happy with this long run.
