Planned workout: 10 x 600m cruise interval w/ 200m rec.
Ran 1.5M warm-up, then did only 3 x 600m (1:59, 2:00, 1:59) as I just wasn't feeling it. Legs felt a little tired and effort harder than I thought it should have been. Was planning to run 5-6 miles easy after cutting the interval short, but then ended up cutting the entire run short because I realized I forgot my work boots at home. No problem, will put in an another easy run in the afternoon.
