Headed out for a long run not really knowing how long I was going to run. Wanted to try to get in 13 miles or 90 minutes depending how the knee felt. I didn't really care about pace and was actually looking forward to running very easy but on rolling hills. About a couple miles in I started to feel very comfortable with the pace at sub-7:00. The hills weren't bad at all. Surprised that I ran Lapidum feeling very strong. Rainy felt good.
Really happy with this run. My fitness isn't too bad after all.
