Decided at the last moment to change the workout from a long run to a fartlek workout due to limited amount of time to run.
3 miles easy and then 3 sets of 2:00, 1:30, 1:00, :30 with minus :30 for recover and 2:00 between sets, 3.5 miles steady to finish the workout.
Had a good workout despite tight buttocks and quads from yesterday's fit camp workout.
