Good running weather again; cool in the mid-50s.
Workout: 3 miles warm-up, 10x3:00 on, 75s off, 2 miles cooldown; start around 5:45ish pace and work down to 5:30ish over the course of the workout
I felt really smooth on the "on" segments and progressed faster as the workout went on. The pace for the 3:00 were 5:38, 5:37, 5:35, 5:35, 5:30, 5:31, 5:28, 5:23, 5:22, and 5:21. I thought that I'd hit 5:40-5:45ish for the first few, but it already felt comfortably easy. I decided to just run at what felt like the right effort. The overall avg pace ended up being 5:29, which I think is around my 10 mile race effort.
