Planned workout: 4 miles warm-up, 8x200m in 32-33sec with 200m slow rec jog, 2 miles cool-down.
It was very cold, 37 deg with a real-feel of about 32 deg. Ran the Ferdinand loop and then made my way down to the HdG HS track. Legs felt good during the warm-up. Goal was to hit the 200s in 32-33 sec. I ran all 8 reps in 32s. Leg-turnover felt great. Really happy that I hit 32s, because in the past I would usually run the 200s in 33sec with a couple in 32s.
