10 miles with 10x20s pickups.
Last day in Maryland before I head back to Tampa for my last two months of temporary duty. Legs felt a little tired early in the run, probably from going from no hills to lots of hills on my daily runs. I ran easy for 42 minutes before I started the pickups. I was aggressive on the second half of the pickups and ran sub 5:00 pace. Felt good to turn over the legs.
