Notes
Beautiful running weather; sunny and cool. We had a nice lunch run group with Nick, Dave and Jeff. They were team players and tagged along at my pace. Interestingly, on the 2nd mile we got stopped by military police and was told that we had to run single file when cars are approaching. Thought this was funny, be made a good point because we probably were taking up the entire road.
Legs felt good and smooth.
