Notes

Got out the door very early (5am) to fit in my run because I had duty. Cut the warm-up a little short because I needed a little time on the back end to hit the showers. Workout was 2:00 on/off starting a little slower than 5K pace and then progressing faster. It started to get tough around repeats 7-10. Think I got down to about 5:00-:05 pace on the 8th and 9th rep. Felt the fatigue on the last one.
