1e-10x(.25R w/.25 Rest)-2e - R is supposed to be 80 Seconds for .25 mile or 5:20 pace.
Pretty happy with this effort. I think I've only done this workout once and it was about a year ago. First one of these was just trying to find the pace and about halfway through it Garmin said sub 5. Backed of a bit and cruised in. The rest didn't feel as easy but still pretty good. Both 5 and 6 were up hill so a little slow but effort was consistent.

Just read Spaniels Interval thread and validated that I shouldn't be doing this workout much, so that's good. Way more bang for the buck with Longer intervals and shorter recovery.
