Nice easy 3 hour rehearsal. First 3 miles with Karen. Then ate some gummies (90 Cals). Over the remaining run ate 1 shot block (200 cals), Goldfish (150 cals), 1/2 PBJ (175), 20 oz Gatorade(130 Cals). Legs started to feel tired at end so stopped at 3 hours. After finish at other 1/2 PBJ (175) and a boost (240 cals).
So over 3 hours had 745 cals or 250/hr.
