3T @ 6:57 (20:49.22) Since I signed up for Mike's 10 mile race I figured I should try to do a Tempo run. Really doubt I can do 10 at 7:00 pace so may try for more like 7:10, 7:15 ish and see what happens. Garmin died at 8 miles which is weird because I thought it was charged. May be it's on it's way out.
