Notes

Tried to get up earlier and give myself enough time to do a medium long run. Was getting really thirsty and cut it short at 10.5 rather than risk getting dehydrated again. Felt pretty good on this and the extra 3 with Karen after makes it a medium long run anyway. It cooled off just a touch but not much.
