Notes

Foot didn't hurt during the trail run in Asheville but was pretty painful after. It's been almost 2 weeks now and haven't run at all. Have done some hiking but am wearing nightsplint, stretching calves, stretching foot, icing occasionally. Foot is starting to get better, almost no pain in the morning now. Biking doesn't bother it so will give it a few more days of biking then ease into running again.
