1st 3T @ 6:20, 2nd 3T @ 6:12
Target T pace is 6:22 so both were a little fast. Don't know about the 6:06 first mile on the second tempo, looked at garmin early on and thought it said 6:35, tried to speed up a little and when I looked again it was actually 5:38. I don't think that was correct. Whatever, still a really solid workout. Felt pretty strong on this.
