Notes

Cross trainer again this morning after the old fashioned leg work out last night. Ya know, the last time I hit legs hard a couple years back, one of my last workouts was 10 x 225 x 10. Last night, did my second set at 225 x 7/8 and I was done. Sort of embarrassing. Deadlifts were a little better but I am friggin sore today.
