Notes
so decided yesterday I needed to rest my ankle for a day or more. last night hit New Image for a GOOD back workout, one armed rows with 115 lb dumbbells which can't be found at PF and some other stuff. This am to pf for a good shoulder workout. then on the cross trainer for the first time in 2.5 years I believe. It hasn't changed much. it was not that bad but it would be hard to do much more than 40 minutes on it. In any event, it gave me 4 + miles for a 30 minute work out. Yeah, I was breathing like I was running 7:30 for 4 miles but the cross trainer is so so much easier than running.
I think I am bagging the beer run tonight to hit new image and do good old fashioned leg work out. prolly won't be able to walk straight for a few days.
