1.5 ish wu then 6 x Jolley Bridge repeats. I had planned on 10 but Devin wanted to do 6. Jolley Bridge is 1/4 mile up. Hard running. Then a little tour of Marco for a cool down. Devin actually asked me to slow down a few times. Of course, she did the hills about 20-30 seconds faster than me.
