Went to the track to do my first MAF test since I started back from my injury. It felt good to add an extra mile. I miss the volume I had achieved prior to injury. Here are my splits:
Mile 1 133/137 11:35
Mile 2 134/138 11:48
Mile 3 135/138 12:14
Mile 4 133/136 12:43
Not true MAF since HR should average 133. Hard to keep slow. It felt so good running into the breeze. Sorry.
