Strange run. Everything was great up to the 3rd mile. HR started rising. Tried to get it down. In mile 4, went from 5.4 to 5.2, 5.0 and 4.9. I had to walk for about 20 seconds to get it from 135 to 127. As soon as I started running again, it went back up pretty quickly. Walked again. I wonder if body was still fatigued from Saturday's 22 hours with no sleep. I'll have to see what happen next long run.
