1:40 minutes with w/u. TL = 300. It was a good run. Hit my stride between mile 3 and 6. HR started climbing at 5 mile mar. Went from 5.3 speed to 5.0 then to 4.6/7 in the end to stay at MAF plus 3. ( I train at MAF+5).
