Didnt feel as fast as the time, which is good. Tempo pace (6:51) felt pretty smooth. Goofed up the workout. I programmed it right, but thought it was 2 min rest instead of 1 so I had to skip the 2nd rep. I added extra mile laps at the end which helped because I used those. Showers the first half of run then harder rain. I could feel the sloshing of water in my shoes. Didnt help the pace.
