Very nice run. Increased effort after about 5 miles to keep pace in decent range. A couple miles lost 5 seconds or so drinking water, but got better at it. Course had to be off as I was in a sprint the last .11 miles (according to the course) and it took 54 second. If I continued mile 13 pace it would have been 42 seconds, but I was even faster. Probably cost me 15 seconds.
