Rt calf still sore at times, have to be careful not to stretch too far. Just being careful. Nice work on the intervals, 5x 4+ mins hard, aimed for 6 min/mi. Did 3 min recovery.
Ended up running the 'hard' sections a little too slow (~6:30). Chalk it up to long time since running hard.
