Felt much better today. HR was lower which is good, although I could still feel it. Stride still feels a little helter skelter but was getting better. Felt some shin splits during first 10 min interval and then the right legs was a little tight during the 2nd interval. I could feel right leg getting tighter and even a knot develop after 6-7 miles. Left leg felt a little tight too. Had to stop because of a very slight twinge in right leg. Walked all the way home. Probably could have run it around 9 min pace and have been safe but decided to take it easy. Dont feel pain at home so should be good to go. Another 2 weeks of healing and I should be pretty good.
