Notes
Felt awful. Couldnt breathe at top of 1st hill. Had no power in legs so cut workout short because I felt like I was walking at the end of each hill. Temp of 2 probably didnt help breathing and short run night before at 8:45 didnt help. I needed the run last night to be sure leg could run a little.
