First run with Forerunner 50, got it for free when ordering 405CX. HR is avg for each period instead of the final HR for the period. Small pain below right calf, switched side of road to face traffic and it felt better. Quads a little sore in second half of run, but not tired. Stride felt really good with comfortable pace.
