Planned to go 14, but took other way around BSM course to save the hamstring. Workout was going to be 60+6*5T+15, but I was going to make it just 13 easy. When I got to the T part of the workout on my watch I tried to do some tempo work. I went until it felt like it was straining. I was able to do most of the first, some of the second, the last half of the third and all of the 5th and 6th. I did a little shorter c/d. Came out of the workout ok. Still need to recover more, but tomorrow is a day off (golf) then 18 Sat, 5 Sun and 5-7 Mon.
