Right leg is still very tight. It seems to affect my HR as it is 12-15 bpm more than normal at each intensity. I was able to get in some tempo work and didnt strain the hamstring any more. Now a nice easy 5 miles then a day off and I should continue to see improvement. If the HR comes back down as the legs gets better I feel like I'll be ok, but if it doesnt I can't imagine being able to even beat last year's time.
