Tough run. Went a bit too fast on the first couple intervals and then had tough time with the hills. Really should do these types of runs on a flatter course because my pacing is so bad. Stopped about 7 miles in because felt too hot and was running too slow. After about 5 min rest I was able to get back out and continue.
Did hard runs of 4 mins with 3 min easy run rest. Planned for 5 but pace was dropping off too much. Skipped one interval going up steep hill to Rangeway.
