Pretty uncomfortable run. Planned for 12 miles, but decided early on to cut short because of back, hip and foot pain. Stride was a little off which didnt help. Good call going shorter because had some stomach issues in the end. Another factor was running only 9 hours earlier at night. Still was able to get over 20 miles for the week.
