My little legs had not much to give this morning. Warm up felt ok. It was rainy and dark and I was very grateful Emma joined me and pulled me along on this one. To be fair, I've felt pretty good and smooth on most of my workouts so every once in a while there can be a bad feeling one. For the 4 min break we jogged for 3 and stood for 1 min. It was only 2 minute intervals but I just could not get moving, felt like my legs were feeling the 35 miles prior to this workout even though they felt fine this week, just really tired and kinda lactic acid-y. I was also wearing my old shoes because it was raining and I didn't want to bring home wet shoes this weekend so maybe that had something to do with it. Last two or three intervals felt tough
