I talked to Ryan what I should do for this week's workout because he didn't think i should do the scheduled workout. I was supposed to do this at 8am but Emily cancelled on me and so I slept in and did this during a break between my classes. Started out too quick. The second one was a little more like threshold. I promised myself that if my second mile was any more than 10 sec slower than my first mile I would only do 2 due to going out too fast. Then I stood around debating to do a third one for probably too long. Maybe I should have gone over the hill for the third one but there was also this creepy out of shape shirtless dude sitting on top of the hill and I didn't really wanna pass him again. There was actually more people in the arb than i thought would be for a tuesday afternoon. Happy with this workout, it made me feel better about what shape I'm in post marathon going into regionals but I'm still not expecting an amazing race and focusing more for nationals
