Notes
All I had to eat before this was donuts, a banana, and peanut butter. What a life. Dunkin' donuts has heart shaped donuts and Straw surprised me with a dozen of them last night and we watched game of thrones and ate donuts. WHAT A LIFE.
On another note the lower outside of my right knee felt stiff/achey, kind of hurts going up stairs (not down though), it felt stiff on the way to practice but I took the pace a little slower today (didn't have my watch so not actually sure what the pace was) and had good conversations with Emily Foley and Riley and didn't really notice it. I iced for 20 min when I got home. I assume this could be IT band related (I slacked on rolling/stretching yesterday) or running a long run on snow yesterday, hoping it goes away and doesn't hurt tomorrow for the workout
update: I remembered that I also banged my knee on the living room knee height table today while i was sitting down to eat like my third donut of the day. So hopefully it's just sore/bruised from that. I see a little bruise which is encouraging in this case
