Easy run today with Lauren. She is also doing the Chicago Marathon. It was so hot while we were running but Busse is pretty shady. We started out too fast for her though and she lovingly said to me "Anneliese, you kill me every time we run together". It's ok though I made sure to slow it down for the second half. We took water from a marathon group's cooler and she met my cats today. Good to see her and good start to the day
