Short easy run with Straw we started off nice and conservative like 7:45 pace but by the end we were running 6:38 pace. We should have yogged since it was more of an evening run and it’s his birthday tomorrow and we’re gonna run 10 miles together (it’s tradition now) but felt good to get moving a little faster
Going to Seattle this upcoming weekend with Straw and a group of his friends to visit their friend that works at amazon there so my mileage for the upcoming week will likely be Monday-Thursday unfortunately unless I get a chance to run in Seattle
