Woke up too late to run before camp this morning so had to do this after camp which I am never a big fan of. I'm doing my steady state Sunday because my long run will be tomorrow morning at 6 and I just didn't want to do a workout so close to a long run. I convinced myself I'd rather do long run then workout ha. Anyway ate 7 oreos before this run because all i had at camp was my lunch and carrots during extended care today. I expected it to be derpy but it turned out good and I felt pretty decent throughout it except for feeling a little crampy (oreos) and some odd upper back/shoulder ache close to the end of the run. Also every time I don't feel like running I remind myself I'm lucky I can run and don't have any serious injuries or anything to stop me
